HW&Co. Named Official Accounting Partner of the Middle Market Leadership Summit

HW&Co. is proud to be named the official accounting partner of  Cleveland Business Journal’s  Middle Market Leadership Summit, where leaders from notable northeast Ohio Middle Market companies will be featured.

American City Business Journals (publisher of Cleveland Business Journal and creator of the Middle Market Leadership Summit) believes this new list will click with northeast Ohio and businesses and is optimistic about the event and partnership with HW&Co.

Nominations are open until June 16th 2021. To be eligible for consideration to receive a Middle Market Leadership Award, a company must:

Be independent, for-profit and privately held.

Be headquartered in Northeast Ohio, specifically Cuyahoga, Lorain, Erie, Huron, Richland, Ashland, Wayne, Medina, Summit, Stark, Tuscarawas, Portage, Geauga, Lake, Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, or Columbiana county.

Have completed three full years of operations.

> Have reported a minimum of $10 million in annual revenue in 2018, but not exceeding $1 billion in any given year. Annual revenue must be between $10 million and $1 billion during each of the following years: 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Supply documentation of the past three years of company financials. (Must be IRS forms or financial statements from an authorized accounting firm.)

> Agree to have annual revenue figures published in Cleveland Business Journal.
