Dear valued clients and friends of the firm: On Sunday the state of Ohio issued a Stay at Home Order effective 11:59 p.m. on March 23, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020. Only those businesses designated as an essential business are allowed to remain open. The Governor included accounting services as an essential business, therefore HW&Co.’s offices will remain open for business. The safety and well-being of our people, clients, families and communities in which we live and work remain our number one priority and, therefore, we will continue to emphasize social distancing. A majority of our staff have been working and will to continue to work remote and only a few essential staff will be in the offices and we are not allowing in-person meetings. We have the technological capabilities that allow us the ability to continue to provide professional accounting, tax and consulting services to our clients. We request documents continue to be sent through secured email or uploaded to our secured portal. Information can also be mailed to our offices. We understand that our clients need guidance and expertise more than ever and we stand ready and committed to deliver. We will be sharing additional guidance regarding this order and other important legislative measures as information becomes available via our website hwco.cpa We appreciate your continued support and patience at this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there are any questions regarding this matter. |
