Drawing from years of experience, Rachel focuses her practice on accounting and auditing matters, specializing in financial reporting and Uniform Grant Guidance requirements. Rachel has an extensive background in the nonprofit and long-term care industries.

Rachel is also experienced with HUD-financed projects, including cost certification audits, employee benefit plans and Medicaid and Medicare cost reporting.
