About Bill
Bill is a member of our HW Healthcare Advisors and HW Nonprofit Advisors groups. He specializes in helping long-term care and intermediate care facilities with preparing and reviewing their Medicaid and Medicare cost reports. Concurrently, he also specializes in the review, supervision & preparation of non-profit Form 990 tax returns for the vast majority of the firm’s tax-exempt clients.
He also assists in the development of the firm’s standardized templates including monitoring various databases, developing ad-hoc reports, and improving on value-added analytics and other statistical metrics to assist clients with various benchmarking analyses.
Bill has performed agreed-upon procedures for Ohio Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP) testing and has experience with sample selections for Minimum Data Set (MDS) review for Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) compliance services by using the RAT-STATS statistical software.
