About Michael

Mike is a Principal and the Director of our Audit & Advisory Group. His diverse client base includes long-term care, real estate, membership and health and welfare organizations, ICF/DD facilities, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s), retail, and manufacturing and distribution industries.  He serves as an auditor, accountant and business advisor for these privately held and nonprofit organizations.

His experience includes audits, reviews, compilations, business consulting, agreed-upon procedures, and due diligence engagements. He has significant experience with UGG audits, HUD projects, ERISA, and operational reviews. In addition, he is qualified to perform peer review services under the AICPA guidelines.

Mike is currently a member of the Peer Review Acceptance Committee of the Ohio Society of CPAs. He is a former Treasurer and Board Member of the United Way of Medina County.
