About Mary Lou

Mary Lou is the firm’s Director of Human Resources and is responsible for developing and executing the talent agenda in support of the firm’s overall strategic plan. This includes talent attraction and acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement and experience, talent development, and employee relations.

Mary Lou has an extensive background in the professional services industry. Prior to joining HW&Co., she was an HR business partner in both Consulting and Assurance for a Big 4 firm in Cleveland and also was the Americas HR and Operations Director for a Japanese multinational technology consulting firm.

She has achieved her HRCI SPHR designation and is a certified facilitator of TRACOM Social Styles and Korn Ferry Talent Review.

Mary Lou earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union and is a past member of its career services advisory board and alumni council.
