About James
Leading the firm’s Valuation and Merger & Acquisition service areas, Jim provides direction and oversight for our diverse Valuation & Transaction Advisory group. He provides due diligence and quality of earnings reporting for private equity as well as corporate entrepreneurs.
As a member of the Audit & Advisory group, Jim also provides accounting and tax services to a diverse client group. This group includes healthcare providers, manufacturers, collection agencies, retailers, and wholesalers.
He has been granted the ABV designation (Accredited in Business Valuations) and CFF designation (Certified in Financial Forensics) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the CM&AA designation (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor). The CFF credential is granted exclusively to CPAs who demonstrate considerable expertise in forensic accounting through their knowledge, skills, and experience.
