If you received more than $10,000 in PRF funds between 1/1/2021 and 6/30/2021, you must report by 9/30/2022. Generally, this will be providers who received Phase 3 PRF payments and/or November 2020 and December 2020 Nursing Home Infection Control Quality Incentive Payments (QIP).
The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Period 3 deadline is now only 3 weeks away, with final submission due no later than September 30, 2022. This reporting period will cover all PRF funds received January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021, which can be expended on eligible lost revenues (except Nursing Home Infection Control Quality Incentive Payments (QIP)) and allowable COVID-related expenses incurred between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2022. Any unused funds will need to be returned by no later than October 30, 2022.
HRSA is now enforcing dual authentication upon logging into the PRF reporting portal. We recommend you ensure you can log into the portal as soon as possible to avoid any issues as the deadline approaches. This is particularly important if the individual who reported previously is no longer with your organization.
