Ed is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Taxation. He has a strong background in tax planning, consulting and compliance for corporate, partnerships and individual clients.

Ed is experienced in accounting and complex tax issues affecting businesses and individuals and services clients in a wide variety of industries including professional services, wholesale distribution and manufacturing. He has worked extensively with providing tax planning strategies and compliance for closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals. In addition he has represented clients in Internal Revenue Service examinations as well as examinations at the state and local levels.
